Result Box Element

Available in DocX, PDF and Image templates.

If you want to insert query result in your print you have to use Result Box placeholder.

Result Box Properties window allows for fonts, columns and empty table action configuration.

If your print template is of the DocX type, you will only be able to configure the Empty table action and Empty table text here. Since DocX is far more complex than PDF you are able to use Data Fields instead of simple Result Box there. Please see this link to learn more about this feature: Fields - DocX page layout

The Empty table action drop down list lets you pick how Earthlight should print information relating to tables that have been searched but returned no results.

Ignore – is pretty much self-explanatory,
Include – table name will be followed by the text that is defined in Empty table text box,
Aggregate – at the end of the result box the text that is defined in Empty table text box will be followed by the names of all the empty tables.

Record displayed in the Inspector Panel will be presented in the print.
