General - Vector layer
Title – this is the name of the layer that will be shown in Key pane.
Browse Metadata – It uses existing forms created in Metadata tab (for more information on Metadata forms, please go to Metadata) to fill and save metadata for the layer.
Description – longer description of layer’s content, purpose etc.
Metadata URL – this field allows you to enter an URL address of external metadata file that supplement the information contained in the layer.
Copyrights – Copyrights are displayed in the bottom left corner of Map view.
Priority – order of copyrights from different layers.
Visible – this checkbox controls layer visibility, if checked additional options (hide when zoom out and hide when zoom in) become available.
Hide when zoom out/in – in Vector Properties controls on what scales layers from the group should be visible on the map.
Selectable – when this option is enabled a user will be able to make the layer selectable for purposes of Inspection and/or Selection.Â
User can quickly check if the layer is selectable by looking at the layer on the Key pane.
Selectable icon is placed next to the layer name , clicking on the icon will enable/disable it.
