Editors

Set up or amend templates using the Letter Template Editor, this is a drag and drop config window where you can create templates from scratch.

If you already have SNN word documents, you could upload them using the Document Template Editor. But you should then edit these and add in the appropriate merge fields.

Landing Page Editor is the first page the customers sees if submitting an application online:

Click Edit to amend

Confirmation Page Editor – this tells the customer what to expect next. Edit to change.

Acknowledgement Page Editor – confirms to the customer that their application has been submitted, and confirms their Request reference. This page is not shown if the form is completed by the SNN officer.
