It is easy to add a new user to the system.  Also if you have the public page on your website, you must set up a guest account with no password to allow anyone to use the page and submit applications.

Set all new users up as Platform user – Street Naming and Numbering User.

Fiscal Years

Set the fiscal years up each year. This will impact the reports run in the system.

Do not delete any fiscal years if you have cases received in that year.  Otherwise, reports won’t run correctly.
