Process

Request Types:

For each process the document templates must be set:

General:

These are set up for the various standard processes within the system.

Statuses:

Some are already set up for you, but you can add in new ones if you want.

UI Settings:

Users can decide which columns they want to display in the summary screen.

Public process governs the behaviour of the public-facing system and allows you to set mandatory fields and extra assistance text.
