All correspondence is recorded on this tab.

If any other email template is required to be generated for that record, go to Correspondence Tab, and click Edit.

Click New Email, and this allows you to select from all the templates.

Any phone calls made or received can be recorded under Conversational:

Click Register Call to save the message, this displays under Conversational.

And also under the All tab:
