Request Tab
This is where the customer’s submitted form is seen, and where you can allocate the officer.
At the bottom of the page, it also shows any attachments submitted.
Click Edit to update the case in any tab. Allocate the officer dealing with the request. This is important as the letters are set up to merge this field.

Depending on the process, the map may appear at the bottom of the Request Tab, or it will appear on the Approval Tab. You need to click Edit to display the map.
Street names – can be checked for duplication.
