New Form

A new form can be created but all the elements have to be added manually. A new form is shown below.

New AutoForm

A new form can be created but all the elements are added through the auto form wizard. This is the easiest way to create a form which allows specific details to be entered. There is also an option to integrate the forms into a CRM system by entering specific category codes which match the CRM system.
