Select matched

Clicking on this tool will open Search for Records window.

Once a layer has been selected in the Layer Browser drop down lint, user can use Select matched tool to select records by text. The results will be selected which will be presented by a ticked box in first column on the records list .

Mode

• Replace - this replaces the current selected records with the new selection.

• Add - this adds the new records to the current selected ones.

• Intersect - this is a cross reference tool, which compares the original selection to the new one to see which overlaps.

• Remove - this removes the second lot of selected records from the original selection.
