You can use guides, temporary traceable entities, to draw restrictions. Three types of guides are available.
Line
To add this guide please click the map in two points. An infinite line crossing the two points will be created.

Circle
To add this guide please click the centre of the circle and then the point which will determine the radius of the circle. Upon clicking the second point a window will be shown allowing you to provide the radius precisely.

Buffer
To add this guide please click draw the line which ought to make the base of the buffer. When you have finished drawing, a window will be shown allowing you to provide the size of the buffer.

Clear
If you click the Clear tool all guides will be removed from the map.
