The Main tab allows you to change various elements of the TRO application.
Allow Mixed-Type Orders
Enable this option if you want users to be able to create Traffic Regulation Orders, where the order type is defined solely as Static Order, Moving Order or None - revocations only. When this option is disabled, the order type list will only present the options of single type orders.
Show Order Types In List
Depending on whether this options is enabled or not, you will either see the type of order next to the order reference on the list of order or the list will consist of just the references.
Enabled Show Order Types In List | Disabled Show Order Types In List |
“From” Wizard

“To” Wizard
This tool allows you to configure the various combinations that the restriction’s To description wizard may offer.
Restriction Types
This functionality allows you to define restriction types available within the TRO system. It is preconfigured during the installation and data upload process to account for all restriction types present in the source data.
You can use the Restriction Type Editor to add new restriction types or make changes to the existing restriction types. When defining new restriction type you need to provide:
Name of the restriction
Choose the Kind of the restriction
If you want a line restriction to be represented on the map as it would on the ground e.g.: a line next to a curb, provide values in the Line Offset and Trailing Offset fields
Configure the restriction rendering Style
Upload a png image, which will be used to represent the restriction type in the Toolbox. The image should be no larger than 32x32px
The list on the Restriction Type Editor window is ordered by Kind and then Name so it shows Moving orders followed by Static orders. The same order will be used in the Toolbox unless you provide a different order via the Icon Order field.
Schedules
This option allows you to configure the temporal schedules which can then be assigned to restrictions.
It is a requirement that name of each schedule is unique. If any name is duplicated TRO will present you with an error message when you click Save and will not allow you to save the Schedules unless the issue is rectified. |
Templates Manager
This tool allows you to configure templates used to generate documents listing and describing restrictions stored within an order.
The template editor is a web version of rich text editor and enables you to format the text as if you were working in a desktop word processor software.
Custom Streets Editor
This tool can be used to manage streets, which have been added to the global street catalogue during restriction creation. You can use this editor to change the name of the street, its locality or its town.
To edit a street, please highlight it and click the Edit button.
To delete a custom street, please highlight it and click Delete. Please note that before you’re able to delete a custom street, the application will ask for confirmation of this action.
User Password
This option allows you to change your TRO access password.
