To edit a restriction you can either

  1. click Details on the order which houses the restriction, locate it on the list and click Edit or

  2. search for the street via “Go to street” button or pan the map to the desired location, click the restriction geometry and select Details on the restriction information card

When you click Edit, you will see the Restriction pane recognisable from Add Restriction.

You can change all attributes of a restriction including its type but you are not allowed to edit geometries of a restriction. Geometries have to be redrawn if found to be invalid.

Please note

  • changing the type of the restriction will often result in a necessity to redraw the restriction geometry;

  • deleting the only/last geometry of a restriction results in the restriction being deleted;

Editing of restrictions of proposed orders has no consequences so you are free to edit and delete them as required. Editing of restrictions of confirmed orders should be carefully considered. If you click Edit on a restriction belonging to a confirmed order, a warning will be shown asking you to confirm your action before the edit pane is shown.

Uncombine

Restrictions with more than one geometry can be uncombined.

Uncombining a restriction results in a copy of the restriction being created with a single geometry per restriction entry. If you click Uncombine, a message box will be shown asking you to confirm that you want to uncombine particular restriction.

BEFORE uncombine - restriction with 2 geometries

AFTER uncombine - 2 restrictions with 1 geometry each
