This tool allows users to add Stop Points to the route using layer records. If a record selected for a destination is a polygon, Load Destination tool will set Stop Point at geometry envelope center.


Load Destination window contains 4 sections:



  1. Layer with destination – a drop-down list from which user can pick a layer containing destinations
  2. Column with route ID: - list of columns from Layer with a destination
  3. Route IDs: - is a list of records from Column with route ID
  4. Route checkpoints – list of records selected from Route IDs section


To set Stop Points using Load Destination tool please follow steps below:


  • Select a Layer with destinations from a drop-down list, or type in layers name and press Enter key


  • Select column containing information about a destination


  • Pick records you want to become checkpoints for your route. It is possible to select multiple records holding Ctrl key or a range of records, holding Shift key. Next, press the right arrow button to add them to checkpoints list. (you can remove checkpoints by selecting them and pressing left arrow button)


  • Now select checkpoints you want to add to your route and click OK button


Stop Points will be added to your map
