Schema Manager allows users to create schemas in the Earthlight database that can be used during importing and creating layers.

To access Schema Manager please go to the Global User Settings, General tab, and select Change… in the Schemas: section.

  1. Repository - Repository for which the schema will be added

  2. Create New Schema - opens a window to provide a new schema name to be added to Available schemas (point 3)

  3. Available schemas - list of schemas available to be added to the repository, but which are not yet added or created in the database

  4. Selected schemas - schemas already available in the repository

  5. Controls for moving schemas between Available schemas and Selected schemas fields

  6. Make Default - sets the selected schema as a default one in the system. The current default schema is displayed in bold

Please note that removing schema from the Selected schemas field will not actually delete schema from the database, but only makes it unavailable in Earthlight.
