TRO Main Window

When StatMap TRO application is opened, the main window will resemble the image shown below.

There are two main elements of the home screen:

  1. The TRO details pane with switches at the top and a list of orders below;

  2. The map view with Inspection and Ruler tools and a collection of restriction filters at the top and the Easting/Northing box at the bottom.

 

TRO details pane

There are four switches at the top of the details pane. These allow grouping of the traffic regulation orders stored within the system into one of four categories:

  1. Confirmed Static

  2. Confirmed Moving

  3. Proposed Static

  4. Proposed Moving

Next to these switches is the Create proposed order link which, when clicked, allows you to define a new order.

If you click one of the orders on the list, it will highlight and additional options will be visible for this specific order.

Details

Click this button to show the list of restrictions defined within this order.

Delete

If you click it system will ask for confirmation that you really intend to delete the selected order. This option is only available for proposed orders.

Confirm

If you click it, the app will ask you to provide or confirm the “Effective from” date, depending on whether the aforementioned date was provided during Proposed Order creation. This option is only available for proposed orders.

Unconfirm

If you click it system will ask for confirmation that you really intend to un-confirm the selected order. This option is only available for confirmed orders.

Schedule

Schedule allows you to generate a PDF document listing the details of all restrictions within the selected order.

Properties

This options shows a window similar to the Create Proposed Order window. It allows you to view and edit the information about the order.

There is an additional section below the order details.

  • For proposed orders this is the Consultation section, shown above, where you can set up the Start and End date of the proposed order consultations. During the consultation period, users of the TRO Public Portal will be able to comment on the order.

  • For confirmed orders this is the Publication section, shown below, where you can provide the date of the order publication.
