To create a new order please click the Create “Create proposed order order” link at the above of the list of orders.

This option allows you to create new proposed order. All fields marked with a red stripe next to them are required and only when those fields are filled, the Save button activates. When you click Save, this window will close and you will be transferred to the restriction editing interface.
