The starting point of the Redistricting application is the Scenarios pane which allows you to investigate multiple solutions to the redistricting problem. A "Main Scenario" entry point exists within the application. Upon logging to the application please select this entry and use the Clone button to create a new scenario. When a scenario is created please click the cross icon in the top right corner of the pane to close the Scenarios pane.
You can return to the Scenarios pane at any time by clicking the Scenarios entry on the list of available actions.
