The Read-Only user requires the “viewer” “_viewer” suffix added to the Login field, as seen on in the screenshot below.

Please note that even though the Read-Only user does not have access to any of the editing tools is still able to display the potentially sensitive information, which is why it should be protected by a strong password. |
After entering the Login with added “viewer” “_viewer” suffix, Full name, and setting up a password for the Read-Only user simply click Apply. The newly created user will be visible on the list.

Now you will be able to log into the GMS application by providing the credentials set during the user creation. The user will have access to all usual GMS tools, except the Flows console containing editing tools.
