In order to reassign BLPU to become a child of another BLPU please, follow these steps.
- Select property you want to reassign, click and hold little hand symbol on top of the inspection window on the left-hand pane, next to Zoom To button.
- Now drag and drop it onto a name of the property you want to reassign it to.

- If you are sure you want to reassign this property, please click on Move. You should be able to see the results of your operation right away.
